Plattered Menu

Our plattered menus we describe as somewhere between a buffet and a plated menu. You choose one or two different main courses, and we serve each guest a portion of each choice to the table on large platters. Guests then help themselves. We have done many large weddings and functions like this, and find it to be a much faster service time than a buffet - with no queueing! You can choose this type of service for all three courses, or just for the main course.
